We have been hunting on our family farm my entire life

 

Our family farm is in an area of high hunting pressure, my Dad and I would go several years without seeing a single deer during hunting season.  I reached out to George and asked for some help.  He walked our property with us and took his time to carefully point out all of the funnels, pinch points, and bedding areas.  He came back to us with a multi-year plan to improve our deer habitat to hold more deer, increase the age structure of the herd and hopefully get us to a point where we could harvest a few nice bucks.  His plan included the layout of food plots, areas for TSI and most importantly helped us understand access routes and how it all ties together.  We are now 4 years into his plan and the last 2 years we have had a hit list of 3-4 mature deer (3.5 years or older) and both my Dad and I harvested our biggest bucks in New York state.  All of this work is setting us up to have a high quality hunting property for us to enjoy for years to come and with my son starting to hunt next year I couldn't be more excited.

 

George's plan changed our property in ways I couldn't imagine and given us a greater appreciation for the outdoors.
